Kendrick Lamar’s Real Estate Portfolio

Compton, California native – Kendrick Lamar is a rapper, singer and songwriter. Heavily influenced by Tupac Shakur in his personal and professional life - Lamar's musical style is unique. Several media outlets consider Lamar to be the greatest and most important rapper of his generation. Outside of music, Kendrick Lamar is pretty real estate savy and has acquired multiple properties. On this video – we’re going to dive into his real estate portfolio and take a look at 4.

At #4 we have this charming home in the widely desired community of Calabasas, California. In November of 2017 – Kendrick Lamar paid $2,650,000 and at the time of the purchase – sources state that Lamar was very intentional and that he saw the home as an investment opportunity. Some would say purchasing this property, was a good investment because as of today this very property is worth just shy of  $4,000,000 – and that’s not even considering if K. Dot made renovations to the property that would increase it’s value. Tucked away in this guard gated community – the home was built in 1998 and

At #3 we have the Brooklyn, NY – Tri-Level penthouse that Kendrick purchased for $8,600,000 back in November of 2023 // it’s described to offer unparalleled views of Lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge. Noting 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms the penthouse has 3,140 sqft of total living space and in addition to that there’s  nearly 2000 SQFT of Private Outdoor Space consisting of two levels of outdoor living that includes a serene and private rooftop overlooking the East River and Brooklyn Bridge Park. Grand features include soaring floor-to-ceiling windows and 18-foot ceilings in the living room, reclaimed heartwood pine floors, Gaggenau appliances, marble countertops and countless other features in the amenity-filled building.

At #2 we’re hopping back over to the West Coast – where in 2019 Kendrick dropped close to $9.7 million on this contemporary 3-story house in Manhattan Beach - because the property was never publicly listed for sale, exact specs and interior photos are slim to nonexistent. It’s reported to have four bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and spans over 5,350 square feet.

At #1 we have this Bel Aire Estate Ranch House that Kendrick purchased in October of 2022 for $15,850,000. Originally built in 1951 and sitting on just under an acre – this property features a main house with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and also a two-story guest house that has 2 bedrooms of its own along with its own bathroom.
