Rihanna lists Los Angeles penthouse for $24,950,000

Barbadian beauty, Rihanna has recently listed her Los Angeles - 40th floor penthouse for $24,950,000. A trust tied to the pop star and entrepreneur, 36, dropped a $21 million bag for the 40th-floor penthouse at The Century - one of Los Angeles’s most exclusive condo buildings.

Records show that Rihanna initially purchased the full-floor, 9,290-square-foot penthouse on March 31, 2023 but she reportedly never moved into the penthouse and had been trying to sell the condo, off-market for the past few months.

Sources state that Rihanna also owns a unit on the 27th floor of the building.

The 36-year-old billionaire bought the penthouse last spring from Nick Molnar, the cofounder of tech company Afterpay, who himself bought the penthouse from the late Matthew Perry, less than two years prior.

During Matthew Perry’s ownership of the penthouse he hired renowned interior designers that meticulously crafted a harmonious blend of timeless, contemporary sophistication throughout this sprawling 9,290-square-foot haven.
