Wendy Williams former Livingston, NJ home sold for $1,475,000
In 2009 – 25 miles west of New York City - Wendy purchased this single-family home in the Bel Air neighborhood of Livingston, New Jersey for $2,100,000. Bel Air is a section of Livingston that was built in the late '90s and consists of beautiful high-end homes on just shy of an acre property.
Wendy Williams – is a for sure staple in pop culture, radio and television but at the same time a controversial figure in media – simply because she was the one who would say the things that others wouldn’t.
Regardless of how one may feel about that – Wendy is a trailblazer and has accomplished so much throughout her career.
For the past few years - daytime host Wendy Williams has been in the media because of the messy divorce from husband of 20 years, Kevin Hunter.
Wendy allegedly filed for divorce from Kevin due to infidelities on his part that took place during the marriage.
Recently she has been trending online and in the media as result of the new Lifetime documentary “Where is Wendy Williams”.
Fans have been concerned about Wendy’s whereabouts and her health - especially since reports surfaced stating that she has been diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia.
The Lifetime documentary is a four-part series and I have to admit – the two episodes that I’ve seen so far have been pretty tough to watch but the silver lining in all of this is that people have been stepping up and are definitely giving Wendy her flowers.

After Wendy filed for divorce from Kevin Hunter – in January of 2020 she listed the property for $1,699,000.
The home was on the market for about a month before the listing removed from the market but it was eventually relisted March of 2020 with a reduced price of $1,575,000 – the home eventually sold August of 2020 for $1,475,000 – so the buyer received little over a 6% discount off the listed price.
Built in 1999 – the home has 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and roughly about 5,700 square feet.
Outside the estate, there's a circular driveway that makes for a grand entrance.
The home itself, spans across three floors. When first stepping into the home, you're greeted with an entryway foyer that features a classic checkerboard patterned floor, rotunda and includes a brown-and-white curved bridle staircase leading to the second floor.
The dining room has a chandelier on display with recessed ceiling spotlights.
One of the most airy and focal points of the home is the kitchen – with white cabinetry throughout – the kitchen showcases three chandeliers and recessed lighting, granite countertops, high-end appliances, a large island with a built-in wine rack and a large walk-in pantry.
The main suite has a bathroom with both a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower, along with a private sitting room.
The Downstairs basement has a small bar area with plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing
The home also offers a library with cherry wood bookcases.
And just a fun fact - It’s been said that Wendy’s favorite rooms in the home were the library and the sitting room.
