In May 2023, Biermann filed for divorce from Zolciak after eleven years of marriage, citing their date of separation as April 30. However, in July 2023, it was confirmed that Zolciak and Biermann had withdrawn their divorce filing. The couple purchased the home in October 2012 for $880,000 and after about 12 years of ownership they listed the property in October 2023 for $6,000,000. The home was on the market for about 2 months before the listing price was reduced by $500,000. In January 2024, the property was put back on the market with a listing price of $5,500,000 but interestingly the listing was immediately reduced the same day to $4,500,000.
