In 2019 the couple dropped $20,800,000.00 on this La Jolla, California home in the San Diego area – when it was listed it came with a price tag of $ $24,995,000 – so the couple was able to get close to 17% shaved off the listing price.
Conceptualized and designed by world-renowned, award-winning architect Wallace Cunningham – he gave it the name “The Razor House” after the reminiscent sharp curves found on the Razor Point Trail in the Torrey Pines State Reserve, where the house is located.
