In March of 2021 – Lil’ Wayne dropped $15,400,000 on this Hidden Hills, California custom estate. When the property was sold to Wayne it was listed at $15,750,000 – so Wayne essentially got a little over a 2% discount off the listed price.
The Exterior
The estate is situated on 3.26 acres of private land with panoramic views– which I’m sure was a huge selling point being that Wayne is from the south and having land with some space is usually a huge desire for Southerners.
Between the main and the guest house – this property spans a little over 12,000 square feet of living space. It has an open and inviting floor plan that features a chefs kitchen and two large islands, a large sunny breakfast room and a spacious great room with glass sliding walls.
The property also has a theatre room and let us know forget – an entertainer’s lounge with wet bar. One thing for sure – two things for certain, the layout of this backyard is the dream for someone who loves to entertain guests. The backyard features a private in-ground pool with optional heating, an area for outdoor kitchenette, high bar seating and an outdoor serving window.
